Elite Edges Hockey Development is a local hockey school based in Aurora Ontario, where experienced coaches guide young players to hone their skills in power skating, conditioning, edgework, puckwork, stick-handling shooting, and endurance.

  • Hayden

    Hayden Williams

    INSTRUCTOR

    Hayden brings over 12 years of competitive hockey experience, having played for the York Simcoe Express, North York Rangers AAA, and most recently, St. Andrew’s College Varsity Hockey and the Stouffville Spirit Jr. A.

    Currently in his first year of studies at the University of Guelph, Hayden has spent the past year transitioning from playing to coaching, using his experience to develop young athletes at Elite Edges. Now focusing on his studies and hockey training, Hayden is passionate about equipping dedicated and coachable players with the skills and techniques necessary to elevate their game and become exceptional athletes.

  • Daniel Nikolaenko

    INSTRUCTOR

    Daniel brings over 10 years of elite hockey experience, having played with the York Simcoe Express, Barrie Colts AAA, and the Pickering Panthers Jr. A club.

    Currently completing his second year of Business Management studies at Toronto Metropolitan University, majoring in Commercial Real Estate, Daniel has transitioned from his hockey career to focus on coaching and development. His passion lies in using his expertise to help youth hockey players reach their full potential.

  • LUC WARNER

    INSTRUCTOR

    Luc Warner has over 13 years of elite hockey experience, playing for top AAA programs such as the York Simcoe Express and Toronto Marlboros. He capped off his minor hockey career with the St. Andrew’s College Varsity team.

    Now playing Jr. A with the Aurora Tigers, Luc is passionate about coaching the next generation of hockey players. He brings a wealth of experience and a deep love for the game, aiming to develop coachable, dedicated young athletes with the skills needed to reach the next level.

  • Mitchell Harding

    INSTRUCTOR

    Mitchell Harding brings over 10 years of elite hockey experience, having played with the York Simcoe Express AAA and being drafted to the Guelph Storm of the OHL after winning the OMHA Championships with the U16 AAA YSE. Alongside his professional hockey career, Mitch has gained valuable coaching experience with National Training Rinks and The Hockey Club, helping young athletes elevate their game. Now focusing on his studies and hockey training, Mitch is passionate about using his skills to equip players with the tools they need to develop into exceptional hockey athletes.

  • Ajay Aggarwal

    FOUNDER

    Ajay Aggarwal brings over 15 years of competitive hockey experience, having played with the Ajax Minor Hockey Association, GTHL, and Aurora Minor Hockey Association.

    Currently completing his third year of Biomedical Engineering studies at Toronto Metropolitan University, Ajay has spent the last four years coaching as an assistant coach with a D1 Certification. His passion for hockey has evolved into a dedication to coaching and player development, helping athletes build the skills needed to become strong, elite players.
